How does it work
When you join our affiliate program for free, you will get access to your own 1-800-TARJETAS affiliate control panel. There you can get quality banners (in both english and spanish) and links to promote our lead capture and information site.
When a person visiting your site clicks on one of our banners you placed and completes our easy lead capture form, you will receive your commission. We pay commissions on a net 30 day cycle, so for example leads collected for the entire month of April will be paid on June 1st.

$2.50 per lead (Level One) - 1 to 499 total leads

$3.00 per lead (Level One) - 500+ total leads

$0.50 per lead (Level Two) - Affiliates you sign-up
Cookie Duration: 45 days

NO PURCHASE is required by your web traffic for you to get paid for a lead!
Commission Pay Cycle
Net 30 day pay cycle, for example qualified leads collected during the month of April will be paid on June 1st.

International websites and Webmasters are permitted to participate in our affiliate program, but the same qualified traffic and lead rules above remain in effect.

terms of service Agreement This agreement was made between Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS (SITE we/us/our), and the Member Webmaster submitting this application (Webmaster or you/your), on the date the online application form is submitted to and approved by the SITE. Definitions For purposes of clarity, the terms "we", "our", "us", "Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS" refer to and/or mean any of the trademarks, service marks, trade names, names, designs, logos, images and/or other proprietary names or marks of Branded Marketing, LLC; "you", "Affiliate", and "Affiliates" refer to the other party to the contract formed by your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; "Affiliate Program" refer to your participation in the promotion of our products and services. "Lead" means a potential or interested customer of our prepaid financial card product, defined by a completed lead capture form. After coming to our destination website through merchant banner, links, etc, a visitor is asked to fill-out an online lead capture form; upon submitting information correctly, she/he becomes a lead. "Total revenue" means the amount earned by approved Webmaster for each valid lead. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS will provide statistics in via online technology. Statistics are located in the Affiliate Control Panel. "Content" means text, images, information and other materials provided or uploaded to Your store using our data feed. "Link" means a URL hyper linked to text, a graphic (banner), a search field or another information object on Your Site. "Your Site" means the website where you will place our codes. Warranties Webmaster further warrants that Webmaster is at least eighteen (18) years of age or over the age of majority if Webmaster resides and/or conducts business in states, provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, and can submit proof of age upon request by SITE. Webmasters may not participate in the program in any way if they are not of the age of majority in the state, province or country where Webmaster resides and/or conducts business. Approval Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS may not approve webmaster and reserves the right to cancel your account at any time. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS may demand additional information about the source of traffic before approval. Commissions Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS will pay you: • Stable commission for every valid lead 1) $2.50 per qualified lead (1 to 499 total leads) 2) $3.00 per qualified lead (500+ total leads) • Referral Earnings 1) $0.50c per qualified lead Payment Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS has one pay period: • From the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. • Net 30 day pay period. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS will pay earned revenue in 30 days of the end of the pay period. Payment methods: Pr1macard Prepaid MasterCard (USA or International), Company Check (USA only), or Wire Transfer (USA or International) Minimum payments: $75 Payout fees: Pr1macard Prepaid MasterCard (USA or International) = Free Check (USA only) = $1.50 Wire Transfer (USA or International) = $25.00 If your account has earned less than minimum payment in any given month, that balance will be carried over from month to month until it has reached the minimum payment. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS has right to withhold payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the total revenue is correct. Restrictions Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS accepts only qualified leads from residents of the U.S.A. International websites and Webmasters are permitted to participate in our affiliate program, but the same qualified traffic and lead rules above remain in effect. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS will not accept the traffic coming from public or open proxy servers, clicks from IP addresses that have bot activity. Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS will not accept any traffic which comes from any of the following: • any form of SPAM activity, • hacking, phreaking activity, • spyware or adware ads, • any other illegal activity, • websites that contain warez, • websites that contain cracks, • websites that contain child pornography, • websites that contain rape or bestiality, • websites that contain any illegal content, • any activity that we feel is unsuitable Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS reserves the right to terminate your account immediately if any of the above subject matter is present on your site(s). Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS may demand detailed information about your source of traffic. We will not accept any traffic which comes via pay per view, pay per surf programs. Promotion materials: Webmaster may use promotional materials, codes, and scripts that are located in the affiliate area only to promote Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS products and services. Relationship of Parties You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this paragraph. Neither party will have the right or authority to create any obligation or responsibility on the other's behalf. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS, its parent company, its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, suits, actions or other proceedings brought against Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS based on or arising from any claim that our use of any material provided by you infringes on any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or any other intellectual property right of any third party, or resulting from your breach of this Agreement. You will pay any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and cost awarded against or otherwise incurred by Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS in connection with or arising from any such claim, suit, action or proceeding. Warranty Disclaimer Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS makes no guarantee, warranty or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability or fitness of the information or communication services provided through Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS for any particular use or purpose. All information, interpretations and translations are provided on "AS IS" basis. Limitation of Liability We will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, goodwill, or anticipated profits or lost of business) under or with respect to this Agreement, even if Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS knows or should know of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, in no event shall Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS' cumulative liability arising under or with respect to this Agreement or the Program ever exceed the total referral fees paid to you under this Agreement. Modifications Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time with advance notice via postal mail or electronic mail. Termination Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS does not terminate Webmaster from the Pagante.com/1-800-TARJETAS program without advance notification for the reason via postal mail or electronic mail. Jurisdiction This Agreement and all matters arising out of or otherwise relating to this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States of America.
